Daily Practice
A daily practice is a short constraint-base exercise that functions as an active form of research or inquiry about your topic. The simpler the better. A ritual takes this idea a bit further by adding meaning-making, intention, and an openness to the “unknown” alongside a daily practice.
//Guiding Questions
- How do I create a daily practice that supports my creative inquiry?
- How might the act of doing the same thing over, and over, and over again allow for emergent thinking?
- What might a ritual reveal?
